By accessing or using ReceiptScript (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReceiptScript ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). Your use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein.

Important

By using ReceiptScript, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable policies.
2.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReceiptScript. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • •You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
  • •You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • •You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
  • •You have not been previously suspended or banned from ReceiptScript.

Warning

ReceiptScript does not knowingly allow users under 18 to access the Service. If we become aware that a user under 18 is using the Service, we will terminate their account immediately.
3.

User Accounts

To access certain features of ReceiptScript, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • •Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
  • •All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
  • •Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date.
  • •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe have been compromised, are being used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

Account Security

ReceiptScript implements security measures including device fingerprinting, rate limiting, and anomaly detection to protect your account. However, no system is perfectly secure, and you should take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
4.

Subscriptions & Billing

ReceiptScript offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features, higher usage limits, and access to premium tools.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

  • •Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) through our payment processor, Stripe.
  • •Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • •Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new price at their next renewal date.
  • •Payment: You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your card or payment method for all fees incurred.

Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service.
5.

Credits

ReceiptScript uses a credit system for certain resource-intensive operations, including AI-powered features, receipt generation, and template processing.

Credits are consumed when you perform actions that require significant computational resources. The number of credits consumed per action varies based on the complexity of the operation.

  • •Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and may be replenished on a recurring basis.
  • •Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and expire at the end of each cycle.
  • •Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • •We reserve the right to adjust the credit cost of individual operations at any time.

Warning

Credits are not a guarantee of service availability. If our AI or processing services are unavailable, credits will not be consumed for failed operations.
6.
